At Fragrancewylight, we are committed to providing healthy, high-quality indoor plants. We stand behind every plant we sell with our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Plants arrive damaged or unhealthy due to shipping
  • Wrong plant or product was delivered
  • Plant shows signs of disease or pests upon arrival
  • Significant discrepancy between product description and received item
  • Request is made within 30 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@fragrancewylight.world or call +1 303 465 2226 within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the plant or product
  3. Describe the issue you are experiencing
  4. Our team will review your request and provide instructions
  5. Follow the provided return instructions if applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Plants that have been repotted or modified after delivery
  • Plants showing decline due to improper care after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date

Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement plant. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Plants

If your indoor plant arrives damaged or shows signs of disease, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged plant.

Return Shipping

For returns due to our error or damaged plants, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your indoor plant for a different variety, please contact us to discuss options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional payment if there is a price difference.
